Highly accomplished Geophysical Advisor leveraging extensive global experience in Exploration and Development geophysics within the Petroleum industry. Creation and design of seismic programs, designing, interpreting and mapping 2D, 3D and 4D seismic (land and marine), analysis of structural and stratigraphic data, with deep understanding of geodetic concepts, AVO and prospect risk analysis. Mentor and coach of multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Extensive experience in quality assurance.
Mr. Harmony was a Senior Geophysical Advisor for Repsol in Madrid, where he was one of the founding members of the Quality Assurance Team, that conducted analysis and advise on the exploration portfolio of the company and issued the technical maturity of the project, also executing alternate geological and geophysical interpretation and coaching. Active member of the Rose & Associates DHI consortium. Created and extensive record of rock properties from data of projects conducted around the world. Previously he was the Chief Geophysicist for CNOOC SES LTD, Jakarta, Indonesia (2002 – 2005), where he significantly improved exploration and exploitation outcomes by directing seismic program planning processes, collaborating with engineering and drilling teams. He also conducted in-depth studies on rock physics, AVO modeling, seismic velocities and advance interpretation methods, and developed elastic inversion models. He was also a Senior Geophysicist with Repsol-YPF-Maxus, and held various Geophysical positions with Phillips Petroleum Company.
